Didn't get a chance to workout last night so did this in the am. Hopefully can get today's workout in tonight. I'm very busy trying to get house ready to sell.

Day 30: Plyometrics that's a pretty tough workout.

*Sooo my 30 day results? Gained 2# and and 1" on my butt. I don't know what to say either laugh or scream. Going to stick with it though. I did read that a lot of females don't really see results till the 30-60 day cycle.
