Day 11: Yoga

*I made it through 1 hr 10 mins with Warrick climbing all over me till he got fussy.

30 mins run on treadmill 5.5-5.8 took 2/30 sec breaks. 2.74

I really dislike running on the treadmill and I didn't have any music so it seemed to last forever.

I still have to do the ab part, Warrick woke up very unhappy. I got more reps today then last time which is always a plus.

Day 4 Plyometrics wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Some of the stuff was pretty lame, but you were sweating for an hour. I seem to be coming down with a cold like the rest of the house UGH.

Day 3: arms and back easy and kinda fun.

8.5 1:49 actually wasn't as bad as I expected. Obviously not a very fast pace but was following the 1 min walk 30 sec run. Last 3 miles I had to turn around a lot. The kids wanted to join me Julia walking and Gavin on his bike and they were going to go 5 miles. But it was getting dark so I kept back tracking so I could see them. I usually do 45 sec walk 30 sec run. But figured since it was longer i would go back to the min and see how my time was to have an idea on how I'll I do on the half.

Day 2 switch the plyometrics for yoga since I have a long run tomorrow. Lets just say I could not keep up with the yoga it was very fast and not enough explaining. Hopefully I'll do better next week with that one.

Day 1 P90X was tough, but in a different way than CF.

2 miles 23 min was suppose to go for 30, but got cut short. Warrick woke up unhappy so Gavin called and I came home. I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow...

30 min run/walk was pushing the stroller and Gavin was on his bike. I didn't bring the GPS watch just went for time instead of distance. Gavin likes to go up and down hills so that was good for me. I usually avoid them! Also my legs are pretty sore from the squat workout yesterday even though was light weight.

I'm going to be mixing up my workouts a bit. Not really following anything specific other than the 1/2 marathon training and adding my own lifting in when I can. I'm going to keep the weights lighter than usual. I'm still struggling to loose the last of this baby weight so figure I need to try something different.

5 pu, 50 side twist with ball, 10 GM, 25 Ab mat, 10 pu, 1 min plank, 1 min row, 10 push ups, 50 twist.
