* I went slow and steady the weight wasn't the problem my heart racing was and also had a headache. Good workout and I wont be able to do cleans much longer once the belly gets in the way.

*was suppose to be without weight but did the MS with 45 and the BS with 75. JRD that was actually a good workout. My behind is sore already. I talked Nat into doing the workout with me.

* didn't hit any of my PRs but such as life. I only did singles on the PJ because I can't stop myself from taking a deep breath and holding it which is a NO NO when you have a baby in the belly. Also did the CFE from yesterday 30/20x8 = 995m

Was nice to workout with Nat today.

Well it's time for me to move onto the CF for pregnant women since I hit the 3 month mark. I didn't feel like the workout would be enough so I added a modified Diane to the end.

* I did as many K2E as I could and then onto knee ups. I also have stopped timing my workouts I don't think my ego can handle it. That was actually a really good workout. I'm happy I can still kip I'm dreading the day I get on the bar and nothing happens hahaha.

I give Tuns presence credit for finally getting 110. Every time I've failed and told Tun I was so close but couldn't get it. She would say "if I was there you would have gotten it"
