* didn't hit any of my PRs but such as life. I only did singles on the PJ because I can't stop myself from taking a deep breath and holding it which is a NO NO when you have a baby in the belly. Also did the CFE from yesterday 30/20x8 = 995m

Was nice to workout with Nat today.
