155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

used 75#

* I went slow and steady the weight wasn't the problem my heart racing was and also had a headache. Good workout and I wont be able to do cleans much longer once the belly gets in the way.
