I am still here and still doing about the same as far as workout goes. Joggine 3xs a week moved up to 21 mins haha. Ill add a min a week until I reach 30 mins and then I will add some crossfit endurance. I have been walking a lot, just not keeping up with the numbers mainly cause Warrick always takes off the pedometer and I don't realize it till it's too late. I have been slacking on my KBS so I will start that up again today. I'll try to get back into the habit of blogging.
