Vacation is over and I'm back home trying to adjust to the time difference. I woke up at 3 and napped a lot during the day. I walked A LOT while gone, but was about it for workouts. I should do my day 30 over tonight, but I'm just too tired I'll start back at it tomorrow. I actually lost 3# while I was gone even though I don't feel like it.
