Day 32
Ok so I basically have been a bum for about a month. I did do the half marathon and added in some walking. But basically I haven't done much I just was in a funk and didn't feel like it. I actually don't even feel bad or guilty about it. I figure my body probably needed the break this is what I should have done after the baby instead of jumping back in too quickly. So today we'll get back on track. And of course it starts with my least favorite Yoga X blah I hate the P90x yoga.
