*Last time I did it was back in Oct and did it in 12:02 not too bad I guess. Before that I always did it with 45# and was in the 7 mins. Crazy that 10# can make such a difference. Today I broke it into sets of 5 I just couldn't seem to catch my breath.

It's very hard to break the habit of taking a deep breath and holding it during the lifts. ( which is not recommended while pregnant)

* I ran the first 800 someone was mowing their lawn and the smell almost made me sick. So I was walk/running trying not to throw up. I ended up rowing the last 2 rounds. Doing CF pregnant is harder than I expected!

I did the alt from the other day with 65#

21-18-15-12- and 9 rep rounds of:
95 pound Deadlift
95 pound Hang power clean

6 mins worse than the last time I did it. I think that was pushing it for me I was constantly fighting throwing up and my heart felt like it was about to explode. I was able to talk to nat the whole time so I wasn't breaking the unable to talk rule.

After seeing Michelle got a PR on snatch I figured I had to try as well.

I was tempted to try 72 however the movement was making me feel light headed and decided wasn't worth chancing it. I was feeling horrible all day long today. 9 weeks so hopefully not much more of this nausea to put up with knock on wood.

I'm slacking on my blogging. Yesterday I did Jackie I was trying to take it easy, but it still kicked my butt 12:59 Rx'd and I am SO sore today.

Today I did SP 5x5 45,50,55,60,65

I'm feeling really exhausted today and almost took a rest day. However, when I was in the gym with Rick I figured I could at least do some SP. I'm glad tomorrow is a rest day.

I did CFE with Jen this morning. And I fully intended on doing the workout tonight, but the gym just cleared and I have a pretty bad headache so just going to call it a day.

Today was the best I have felt in awhile. I was able to eat more and also went on a 5 mile bike ride with Julia. Hopefully tomorrow goes as well. Overall a very nice and relaxing rest day.

I was feeling a little better. I did the triple whammy today tried everything I read works for being nauseated. Aromatherapy, the pressure point bands, and Vitamin B6 along with benadryl. Still had the headache but felt slightly better and was able to eat a little more. Fingers crossed will try it all again tomorrow.

Still feeling nauseated and headaches so I just can't even think of doing the metcons right now. So doing some of the things I won't be able to do much longer. And I have to say I am feeling so WEAK on the strength. I'm quite sure it's from my eating all I can seem to handle is carbs so my protein intake is very low and I'm sure my calories are lacking as well. I really hope this passes soon.


BS21 only went up to 130
