*Was tougher than I was expecting and the baby doesn't like the rower my stomach cramps up so cut the wod short.

*I got home late tonight was Gavins first football practice. So I wanted to just lift and not do a metcon. I'm glad that I decided on this one because I reached my goal. I wanted to get a 90# SP before the baby was born and I got it 8 weeks early :)

Obviously this pregnancy has been good for my upper body strength. My old pr was 110, I think I could have gotten 120 but I didn't want to be greedy. 105 felt easy so figured I'd try for PR see what happened.

Fran with 45# pretty slow pace. The pull ups are getting harder some I wasn't getting chin over the bar. I guess that's what happens when you are 18# heavier. Only 10 more weeks to go...

*I think the baby does not like rowing my stomach was really hurting I almost stopped after the first row. It stopped as soon as I stopped rowing I was probably coming too far forward. Kips are getting tougher to get over the bar.
