"Baby Nicole"

For 15 minutes do:
Run 400m or row 500m
Max rep pull ups

4 Rounds total of 20 kips.

*I think the baby does not like rowing my stomach was really hurting I almost stopped after the first row. It stopped as soon as I stopped rowing I was probably coming too far forward. Kips are getting tougher to get over the bar.
