Can't keep the hands off the belly in the gym...

* PU obviously broken up but trying not to loose the ability to do them as I keep increasing my weight gain. And don't want to have "girly" hands.

Jess, hahhaa no I was really talking about myself and not wanting to get wimpy hands so going to add PU till I can't do them any longer. But I saw you also made the same reference on your blog which made me laugh.
