*Rest day for the CF Mom so worked on SP. Glad to see not loosing too much strength.

what in the world! i need to get pregnant to gain some strenght. Are you adding anything to those prenatals?? lol kidding, your doing amazing i wouldnt worry about the rest after baby you will eeded and if anything your muscle memory will be great.
