Finally got a workout in. An extremely modified version of the CFFB workout Rick was doing.

7- Push ups *had to do off bench
9- 22# GM
4 rounds +5+7
I thought that was going to be easy, but it was hard and my arms are swollen. I just can't do push ups anymore on the floor it REALLY hurts my elbows.
