Was going to do the alt but when I went to warm up on the cleans my back kept tightening up. So decided to just row at a medium pace. Although I don't think I could have gone much faster anyway haha.

That was the first time I've used the 14# ball and it sucks compared to the 10#. Tomorrow starts the rowing challenge FUN FUN!!! Not really but hopefully it will help me loose the last of this baby weight I only have 4# left but it feels more like 10 to me.

Attempted to do BS 21 but only made it up to 120#

I'm pretty much at a loss by my strength decreases. All I can think of it has to do more with lack of sleep than the pregnancy. I was still kipping the day before I gave birth and had recently PR'd on SP so I really wasn't expecting this. I guess I just have to give it time and try not to be too frustrated. (easier said than done)

* I started with the GHD but after first round figured that wasn't a great idea my first workout with abs in several months. The abmat was tougher than I would have liked. 200# felt REALLY heavy it's depressing!

I did a lighter version of the CFFB workout

used 70# for the PP and Kips 5 rounds and 1 PP.

*Pretty pathetic 70 felt heavy and my kips were horrible. I had to redo a few to get over the bar. My hands are so wimpy right now. I can't wait to feel strong again this is for the birds!
