Attempted to do BS 21 but only made it up to 120#

I'm pretty much at a loss by my strength decreases. All I can think of it has to do more with lack of sleep than the pregnancy. I was still kipping the day before I gave birth and had recently PR'd on SP so I really wasn't expecting this. I guess I just have to give it time and try not to be too frustrated. (easier said than done)

Dymphna, you're still strong so try not to get too discouraged! You can't compare your previous lower body scores to now! Your lower body went through some serious hardship delivering the baby, so be patient with yourself and encouraged that you're gonna bounce back quickly. Sure, your numbers are lower than you want, THEY WILL steadily increase and that will be pretty encouraging. While the rest of us are stuck at or below our pr's, you'll be making gains everyday instead of staying steady. :)
