I did a lighter version of the CFFB workout

used 70# for the PP and Kips 5 rounds and 1 PP.

*Pretty pathetic 70 felt heavy and my kips were horrible. I had to redo a few to get over the bar. My hands are so wimpy right now. I can't wait to feel strong again this is for the birds!
