I finally found a pedometer here it was a search to say the least. They have GPS watches all over the place, but not a simple cheap pedometer. Seeing as I already have a nice watch I just wanted to check the average amount of steps I take daily here with all the extra walking. The experts claim to loose weight you should take an average of 10k steps a day which is aprox 5 miles. So if nothing else I will post the steps at the end of the night. I have been doing body weight things throughout the day, but not following any plan. I did finally break 140 and now at 139.2 so still 7 lbs of pre-baby weight.

That's awesome D I have a couple of pedometers wish I would have known before you left, that's allot more walking than I'm doing the average person workouts and that's it for the day!

Yeah, I had one at home too wish I had thought to bring it. I walk to the grocery store everyday so that helps add steps and we usually take 1-2 walks a day on the marina. So it adds up when you don't have a car. I'm hoping it works like it use to when I lived on post and walked 6 miles a day. I guess well see!
