Hiking



Yesterday we took a hike to see a waterfall. There wasn't much rain so it was more like a trickle. The hike was really nice although I get tired easier now and when we got to the top the air was so thick and humid I felt sick. But was well worth it. Oh and I think the pic of my belly is too cute. The bamboo was beautiful.

I walked around for an hour today. I stopped the timer when I ate or shopped lol.

50 Push Ups broken up in sets of 5. We were at the hotel gym and I was playing around with the machines. I had actually forgotten how to use them. I tried out the leg press and got to 300# hahahha. If only I could squat that much.

*wasn't in the mood for a metcon so decided to see where I'm at on the PS not bad since my PR is 83. My body is getting tired I can tell I'm over due for my rest week. I think I'll just do a lot of walking/hiking while on vacation. And also do push ups so I don't loose them they are getting harder and harder.

*not sure what was up with me tonight, but that was the worst I've felt while working out pregnant. I had to keep stopping was getting light headed. Not sure if the BS was too heavy or if was just all the motion. I'm sure it didn't help that I had just woken up from a nap and didn't feel like working out.

I was happy to be able to get 85 on the SP 87 is my max. I want to at least get to 90 by end of summer. Also glad I got talked into doing FS with Jen, although 125 felt heavy!

I went to the 33# bar on the GM after the first round. My lower back was hurting me on the kips for some reason. I think I was arching too much to try to make up for the extra weight lol. Push ups actually felt good today.

On the shoulder press I thought I had put the weight on for the last set at 75 and I got all 3 I was like man I can't believe I got all 3 with 75 and then I double checked and I hadn't added the 5#. And at 135 the DL just didn't feel good so I stopped. I was just feeling tired I woke up from a short nap and went to workout to get it over with.
