Deadlift

I went with DL today because I was short on time. And also I wont be able to DL very heavy pretty soon. I only went to 225 which is 35# off my max and that felt pretty heavy. I'm not feeling so great. Every time I even look at food it makes me feel nauseated. I'm trying to make sure I keep my calorie intake high enough but it is hard. Hopefully, this passes quickly. I am very glad today is a rest day.

Pregnant

So my big news is I have a baby in my belly! I went to the doc yesterday to confirm. It looks like the due date will be around Oct 20th. I'm a little over 6 weeks. I have already changed my eating habits, because I don't think the AD is the best approach right now. My initial plan was to take in 75-100 carbs daily and still keep my protein intake high. However, I have been feeling so sick that basically all I have been able to eat is carbs. I've been eating a lot of crackers and cereal. I am hoping this passes quickly so I can get back to eating better. I actually took yesterday off because I had such a bad headache it hurt to move. I figure after the first trimester I am going to start scaling the weight and maybe even follow the CFmoms website along with adding some lifting in but not heavy like usual. It will be interesting to keep up with CF while being pregnant.

I did this workout with TM I had zero desire to workout and I was cranky. But still went with my slow and steady approach. We ended in a tie I was happy with my time. I felt like I was going to throw up after.

Back from vacation.


Was nice to take a short vacation with the family and also a much needed rest week. It was nice I took naps everyday and just relaxed. Started back today and got a PR so that was nice.

3 rounds off my old PR. I swear by the second set the pushups were killing me. I need to really work on them this is ridiculous. Nat came and sucked with me during the workout which was nice cause if it wasn't for her I probably would have quit 11 mins in. Not really haha but it did cross my mind for a sec.

* I'm going to call 83 my PR. I have 95 on the board however I have no written proof and before today I couldn't seem to get past 77 in last few months. So I think the 95 is an error. We got the new womans bar in today and I couldn't pass up the chance to try it out.

1 pood KBS, last 2 rounds had to do sit ups on abmat cause back was freaking out when I would go back too far on the GHD, and K2E quickly went to knee ups.
32:15 Yuck... I'm not a fan of the GHD.

Bench felt weak tonight cause I was so sore and seeing as I didn't have a spot I decided to stay light.

120 Pull ups/ Dips

*Nat came timed me kept track of my rounds really helped push me through.

This morning did BS21 with Jen 55-160
*took me 4 times to get 160 wasn't going quite below parallel.

I'm happy to see that there isn't any pull-ups tomorrow. It was fun to have Nat in the gym again she always makes me laugh.

1552 Calories, 153g Protein, and 36g Carbs. I am really going to focus on trying to get 1500 calories a day. I have hit a plateau with my weight and it's driving me crazy. I think my low calories is having the reverse affect and causing my body to store instead of burn. I guess we'll see in next couple of weeks if this works or not.
