120 Pull ups/ Dips

*Nat came timed me kept track of my rounds really helped push me through.

This morning did BS21 with Jen 55-160
*took me 4 times to get 160 wasn't going quite below parallel.

I'm happy to see that there isn't any pull-ups tomorrow. It was fun to have Nat in the gym again she always makes me laugh.

1552 Calories, 153g Protein, and 36g Carbs. I am really going to focus on trying to get 1500 calories a day. I have hit a plateau with my weight and it's driving me crazy. I think my low calories is having the reverse affect and causing my body to store instead of burn. I guess we'll see in next couple of weeks if this works or not.
