*Worked out pretty late. I was pretty frustrated with my pull ups tonight. I could barely get over the bar and some I wasn't even over. I moved my grip in much closer and that seemed to help some. I'm not ready to give up pull ups yet!!! 1 week and 4 days and I hit the 6 month mark. I was really hoping to at least make it to 7 months and still kipping. Hopefully I was just having a bad night.
