Decided to workout after lunch instead of at night

Sprint 200 meters
*Rest 2:1 (rest:work) between rounds
4 rounds of running 3 with stroller .51-.60
4 rounds of rowing .46-50
DLx5 135,155,165,185
Max kips 7,9,10
*planned on going to 205, but did sprints first and just wasn't feeling the DL I've been really tired lately. I can't wait for my rest week starting on the 20th.
