DL: 7x1 95,105,115,125,135,145,155
*Obviously stayed pretty light, but haven't DL in months so wanted to see how it felt. I know I am a far cry from my PR, so didn't even want to attempt to go heavy.
I told myself I would not DL or BS till after my 6 week check up to make sure everything was back to normal. However, I obviously lack self control. Warrick is 3 weeks old today.

* Subbed rowing and didn't time it. I have to say it's nice not to have a big belly in the way or rowing.
Also after the first round I switched to BE. My back has been killing me lately not sure if it's just from holding the baby all the time or what. I did order the infant adapter for the ergo today!

* I'm weak!!! oh well such as life it will come back eventually.
I don't think my body is as ready as my mind is to get back to working out. I did some kips and could feel it pulling in my abs... so going to hold off on that for awhile. It's suppose to be nice all week I might just take some walks instead of the gym.

2 weeks postpartum
So I decided to ease back into working out. I'm going to pick and choose workouts from the CFMom site for a couple weeks and then get back into the main site. I swear the 45# bar now feels like it weighs 65# not a good sign. But that's probably more from me being tired than anything else.

*If I hadn't given birth 2 weeks ago I would be embarrassed to post the time. It was harder than I expected and I was swaying the bar out from the bad habit formed from going around the belly. I'll have to take some time and refocus on that.

Obviously I've been slack on posting. I've been trying to nap a lot since Warrick sleeps most of the day away. Overall I feel pretty good just the normal soreness from after a baby. So pretty much my whole body hurts and I can't wait to feel back to normal again. I'm not going to do anything at all this week other than the normal outings and probably next week I'll start adding in some walking. So far the weight is coming off without any effort from me since I'm always hungry and seem to be eating more than when I was pregnant.
When I got home I weighed 150, which seemed impossible since I weighed 156 at birth and Warrick weighed over 7#, but I'm assuming fluid retention.
Yesterday I was down to 144 so 12# off my pre-pregnancy weight. I just went and weighed myself today 142 so now 10# off. Gotta love breastfeeding.

Clean (use hang power clean), front squat, push press (receive bar on back), back squat, push press (from behind the neck, receive in front) = 1.
*was suppose to be 5 rounds but I only did 4 my arms felt like jello.
That was really hard... its actually nice to get the workout over with around 330 I should try to make a habit of that.
