BP: 5x5 45,55,65,75,85 x1 90,95,100,105,110(F)
I guess not too bad since haven't BP in several months. I was a little disappointed, but at least now I know where I'm at. Also I'm VERY sore from yesterdays workout. I can imagine how sore I would be if I had waited the full 6 weeks.

this is really good! i thought it would be less but you keep your SP up while preo and that defenitly helps!
