Snatch DL 95,95,100,105,110,115,120
Power Snatch 42,47,52,62,72 stopped because I hurt my back.

*Not sure what happened went do do the snatch and felt like my back had a sharp spasm so I just called it a day hopefully it's not hurting tomorrow.

What's up with all these sharp pains, strains, and spasms lately? I had one in my lower abdomen region today while doing back squats. I'm not sure if it's a stomach muscle strain or something else. It only hurt when I was in the squatting position and exerted pressure to stand.

I hope you didn't actually strain your back, and I hope I didn't actually strain my stomach.
