Who has the best snatch... it's a tie!


I have to say I had very little desire to workout today because I was SOOO sore. But once we got warmed up and started working on the lifts it was a lot of fun. It was interesting that we found a lift that we all equally suck at! Thanks to MIchelle we kept going to try to get a PR and we all got stuck at the same number 65 which is pretty funny. My body actually felt much better after the workout.

Our warm up was sub par today because of the soreness. We just did 15 KBS, 15 Light OHS, and some stretching with the pvc.

Worked on Quick drops using 27# 7x3
Deadlift with snatch grip up to 95#
Full Snatch 27,32,37,42,47,52,57,62,65 x1
